My name is Hannah R. Grant. I am a 5th year Ph.D. candidate at the University of California San Diego California looking to defend within the year. This website is a display of my work as a young professional and researcher in Silicon Photonics. Summary of Research: 

My research at U.C. San Diego has focused in silicon photonic devices. I have specifically been interested in high-yield characterization techniques and design aspects for system level applications of silicon photonics. In this maturing field, I am excited to see how photonic devices will be implemented in our society.
